I am often asked questions on creative plating. We have all been told that we eat with our eyes first. I believe that to be true. If it doesn’t look appetizing then the chance of people tasting your culinary creation is…shall we say… not so good.

The key to an over the top presentation lies in …a simple but elegant and exciting design that also smells, and TASTES amazing! This can be achieved with drawing the eye into the plate with line, shape, texture, colour, harmony, balance, proportion, dominance… doesn’t sound easy does it?
